So my plan as of now:

• Build a wall around Storm’s End and MAKE the Lannisters pay for it
• Put a travel ban on House Greyjoy, House Karstark, House Clegane, and House Bolton. The Lannisters will not be affected by the ban if they pay for their share of the wall to keep those bad hombres houses out 
• Get rid of the maesters and replace their care with something terrific
• Rebuild the Wall in the North
• Fight the Sons of the Harpy 
• Bring back flaying
